  • I booked my experience what now?
    Once you book your experience you will receive a voucher to confirm your trip. The experienced host shall contact you to confirm your trip and any pre-trip arrangement. Should you have any queries please click on the enquire button below.

  • How Do I Prepare for my Experience
    Each vendor has their requirement & what to bring along on your experience please take note of these when making your booking.

  • Where do I find my booking details?
    You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is completed, which will contain your booking details. Should you not receive this email please contact us at
  • What if I want to cancel my booking & need a refund?
    Should you wish to cancel your booking you will need to adhere to the cancellation conditions as set out in the experience you have booked. As we have many suppliers, each has its cancellation policy so please take note of this when booking your experience.
    All cancellations will attract a cancellation processing fee.

  • When can I expect my refund?
    If you paid via credit or debit card your refund will be processed and paid back to you less the cancellation processing fee within 180 days or 110 days.
    If you paid via Eft your refund will be processed and paid back to you less the cancellation processing fee within 72 hours or 48 hours

  • What happens if we go into lockdown again?
    In the event of a lockdown or if the supplier cancels Services because of a Force Majeure Situation (lockdown, natural disaster), The Supplier must notify inAfrica’s Customer Service department immediately.
    A Customer may cancel a Booking if a Force Situation like lockdown occurs at the travel destination, regardless of whether Supplier continues to provide Services during the affected period. If Supplier or Customer cancels a Booking in connection with a Force Situation, inAfrica will give the Customer a Full Refund
  • What about a No Show?
    If a Customer is a No Show and there are no extenuating circumstances, the Booking will be treated as a Completed Booking for purposes of payment. If there are extenuating circumstances inAfrica may give the Customer a Full Refund
  • How does payment work?
    Payment is collected via cashless transactions inAfrica Travel (Pty) Ltd is permitted to collect the invoiced amount on behalf of the experience provider. You will be able to pay via credit or debit card as well as a direct EFT deposit.
    Service providers may require a deposit or a full payment upfront; this may differ from suppliers to supplier please take note of this when booking your experience. All fees are to be paid via the inAfrica platform and never directly to a supplier.

  • Why does inAfrica charge a service fee?
    inAfrica is a service provider that brings travellers and experience operators together and thus we have a small service charge for being the host of this fantastic service, this charge is non-refundable.

  • Can I pay in any currency?
    All tours & experiences are prices in South African Rand but our payment portals can process payment in any currency, the current exchange rate will apply as per your financial institution.

  • I paid a deposit how do I pay the rest?
    As each supplier has their booking terms and conditions please take note of this before booking, payments are to be done through the platform only and never directly to the supplier this includes deposits.

  • I want to add or remove a guest from the booking?
    Please contact the supplier directly for any changes to the booking.
  • I want to Reschedule by Booking?
    Please contact the supplier for any change in booking dates.

  • How do I cancel my booking?
    Please contact the supplier to request cancellation, the supplier will advise us of the cancellation.
